Provides technical support and periodic preventive maintenance activities related to point of Sales systems products (mainly POS hardware) located at customer sites (Hotels & Restaurants across Egypt). •Troubleshoots, Supports & Repairs POS hardware at customer sites. •Performs periodic preventive maintenance fulfilling the agreed maintenance plan or assignments. •Ensure that all performed support and maintenance activities are done within timeframe outlined in Service Level Agreement &/or according to ACT’s service desk procedures time frame. •Provides a prompt update to all support management systems, like: FC Client, CRM,
